PITTSFORD, N.Y. December 13, 2018 — RDG+Partners, a boutique accounting firm based in Pittsford, announced today that it has promoted Daniel Matteo, CPA, to partner. In his new role, Matteo is responsible for managing the firm’s consulting division, which provides support for mergers and acquisitions, bank financing assistance, strategic planning, cash flow management, and controller and chief financial officer outsourcing.
Matteo joins the firm’s five existing partners: John Rizzo, Christopher Gamble, Brian DiGiacco, Timothy Hern, and Whitney Baniewicz.

Matteo has more than 15 years of experience in accounting and earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Nazareth College. He is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA).
Matteo currently resides in Perinton, N.Y.,with his wife, Christina.
