Early in my professional career I realized that the things that motivate me most are helping others and watching individuals reach new heights and achieve all of their dreams. My high-energy, passion, drive, and strong vision for the financial services industry have given me an award-winning career that has spanned more than 25 years.
In 2005, I modeled out what I considered to be the ultimate financial services firm and this goal came to fruition in February 2021. My model had two parts: one for clients and one for advisors who want to align themselves with a firm like ours while maintaining complete ownership of their book of business. For clients, this model is a true one-stop-shop that allows individual clients and business owner clients the opportunity to have all their financial needs met under one roof, while employing experts in various areas. At the center of this model is a thriving, innovative, CPA Firm, because tax affects every individual, business, and entity. For advisors, this model allows them to align with the firm and use all or any of the resources housed within the firm, in a completely Independent environment, free from any proprietary product requirements, while maintaining complete ownership of their practice. There is not another model that exists like the model we are creating at RDG Partners.
As a Managing Partner of RDG Wealth Management, I will focus on creating a boutique experience for our clients, regardless of whether their needs fall on the Risk Management or Wealth Management side of the firm. I believe in comprehensive financial planning that utilizes today’s top planning software, coupled with advice from experts in all areas and top-notch levels of service. I have always believed that the products are commodities and the only way I can differentiate myself is through service, advice and process.
