Whitney Baniewicz, CPA, is one of the seven partners at RDG+Partners. spends most of her time providing concierge-level services based on their unique accounting and business planning needs to a limited group of families based both in New York and California.
After graduating from the University of Tennessee, Whitney returned to Rochester to begin her accounting career at a firm in Fairport. While in this small practice environment, Whitney developed her passion for working with multi-generational families, helping them to navigate business transitions, estate planning, and tax minimization strategies.
Whitney’s primary focus is to create communicative and trusting relationships with each client and their team of trusted advisors to support one another in making decisions to best serve our shared client, while maintaining the strictest level of confidentiality. In 2012, after experiencing success across multiple client projects, Whitney made the decision to merge her practice with Rizzo DiGiacco CPAs, now known as RDG+Partners CPAs.
Whitney is also actively involved in the community. She is co-founder of RDHB Foundation, a foundation established by the partners of RDG with a focus of giving back to young families in need, and is also involved on the boards and various committees at The Ronald McDonald House, Mary Cariola Center, The Charles Finney School, and Browncroft Community Church. Whitney resides in Fairport with her husband, Brian, and their five young children.
