About Cory
Cory brings nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. In her role as COO, she is responsible for strategic goal development and execution, driving firm culture and alignment, and ensuring efficient operations firm wide. Prior to RDG, Raggi led talent strategy for Paychex corporate leadership. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Fredonia and holds certificates from The Wharton School in HR Management and Analytics, and Villanova for Strategic Organizational Leadership. She resides in Penfield with her husband and two daughters.
