About Nathan
Nate Pensgen brings two decades of experience to his role as Partner in RDG+Partners’ Tax Division. His expertise lies in tax compliance and tax consulting for companies in a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, real estate, and medical and dental practices. He also works closely with clients to assist them with buy-side and sell-side due diligence.
Born and raised in Fairport, Nate received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from LeMoyne College in Syracuse. He was certified as a CPA in 2003 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He spent the first 20 years of his career in both the audit and tax departments of another regional accounting firm before joining RDG+Partners in 2023.
Nate currently lives in Rochester with his family and is happy to call the Flower City home. When out of the office, Nate can be found on the tennis court. He serves on the board of the Tennis Club of Rochester and coaches his kids’ sports teams.
